I have been feeling some movement lately, which is also reassuring. A few days ago, I felt my first legitimate "kick" of some sort. Since then, I yell for Paul to put his hand on stomach, and inevitably nothing happens. Poor guy! But finally last night, Paul got to feel his first "kick" and was totally pumped! After seeing the ultrasound today, however, this "kick" I have felt a few times is actually be where the head is, so I guess it is more of a head-butt?!
Here are a few pictures of the baby. Here are a few profile pics...
This is hard to see at first, as the eye and brain look black, but it is the baby's profile and she is sucking on her fingers! It was so cute to watch bring her hand to her mouth and try to find her fingers!
Little princess feet...
After our visit, and because I was just sure it was going to be a girl, we stopped at the Baby Gap where I was determined to by this cute little wool pea coat I had previously seen there. As luck would have it (or meant to be, as I looked at it) there was one left in the size I wanted AND it was on sale! We may have also found a few other things...
Now here is a look that will surely be on Paul's face A LOT! But don't be fooled, he actually picked out some of those things!
Prior to this fun visit, we found some time to relax. As I mentioned before, I got to spend Labor day weekend with my family in Montana. We did a whole lot of nothing, and it was wonderful! Oh, well I did get caught up on all of the celebrity gossip and fashion do's and don't. I hate to admit it, but I think I read at least 6 "smut" magazines.
It was so nice to see my fam!
I don't have pictures of Paul's weekend, but just imagine beer, golf clubs, football drafting, tail-gating, football games, and maybe some more beer?!
I am sure we will have more pictures and updates to come!!!
